Lauren is a singer-songwriter and rhythm guitarist whose music spans five EPs and three singles, including a Talking Heads cover produced with Grammy-winning engineer Alfonso Rodenas. Her catalog moves freely between ballads of self discovery, story-driven narratives, protest songs rooted in current events, and a handful of inventive covers -  alongside her work founding Seattle rock band Buried Blonde. That range is shaped by a full life lived loudly: surviving three natural disasters, building sobriety since 2017, a pro wrestling career, and training in stand-up comedy in Los Angeles.
